About FlightLine Aircraft Painting

An aircraft painting operation built on one idea: quality aircraft paint got expensive because the process got expensive — so we fixed the process.

What we believe

You don't need a show-plane paint job to own a sharp-looking airplane. Most owners are stuck between two bad options: sketchy cheap work that skips preparation, or boutique shops quoting $40,000 and up for aircraft that don't need trophy treatment. We built the FlightLine Finish System to occupy the space in between — real preparation, real finish quality, and a production process disciplined enough to price honestly.

We cut waste, not corners. When something is outside our capability or scope, we say so. When your airplane doesn't actually need a repaint, we'll tell you that too.

Where we are

Our facility is at Hampton Roads Executive Airport (KPVG) in Chesapeake, Virginia — one physical location where every aircraft is painted. Owners are welcome to visit before committing to anything.
